Probably to upgrade to a bigger house like everyone in Milton. Mattamy Phase 1 HVOTP houses have gone up $100K since last year and I'm one of those lucky ones who got in. I'm glad I didn't listen to the deline thread. :mrgreen:

Actually, we are down-sizing! This will be our 3rd New home in Milton and we're knocking our mortgage down quite significantly once we sell this house ;)

The truth is, when we bought our home, I was on maternity leave with plans to go back to my job. Since then, I started my business and have discovered my passion. Although I don't make a "living" through Cupcake Mommies, eventually I will. Until then, my amazing hubby is willing to support us, but unfortunately, we just can't keep up in this big house.

So that is that.

Thank you.. I was very excited and so sad to sell. But a home is what you make it and our next one, though not as big and spacious, will be just as beautiful :cry:
