I had the Pad Sew with chicken last night too! :) Good huh? I just wish it had more veggies...I didn't get much of that chinese broccoli. I wonder if you can get the chicken and then add veggies too?

I was thinking I didn't get much broccoli either, I guess we'll hafta ask for extra next time :-)

Just looked like there was a lot more in the picture :) I'd like more veggies though....maybe get a side of them or something and add them together. It's a huge portion though! I broke mine into two!

Oh My Lanta.... My first thought was, this better be good for $8. The boxes just don't look like they have that much in there. My second thought was Holy Crap I can't eat all this...lol. Got me some lunch for tomorrow I guess

I can't imagine anyone wanting to cook on a Friday evening. My wife baked sweet potatoes already and I'll defrost a package of veggie burgers for dinner

What kind of veggie burgers do you get? I found the Lick's ones not bad, but I have yet to find one I really love

Last week I got a package of "mountain veggie burger" from organic garage in Oakville. I have not tried it yet, my criteria was low fat so I'll let you know if this something i'll be getting again.

Okay, so I just made myself a larger glass pitcher of water with lemon and lime slices in it. My goal is to drink this all throughout the day since I've previously indicated I am bad at fluid consumtion throught the day :-)

Got roped into eating pizza late last night so I did everything I could to make it somewhat bearable to me, thin whole grain crust, light sauce, green peppers, zucchini and salami. Still felt bad but not nearly as bad as if I got my usual as of like 3 months ago, which would have been 3 kinds of meat on a thick crust etc.

My issue is trying to avoid eating bread like its going out of style simply because its the easiest and most accessible item around. That and cereal like 3 times a day. Need to go shopping for some quick fix healthier snacks that dont cost a fortune or take more than 10 mins to throw together.

Try some Ezekiel bread. You find it with the organic foods in their freezer section. It does cost more than $5 a loaf but that'll last me weeks as I don't eat much bread myself. Try snacking on Ryvita breads, some of them are yummy! Rice crackers are a nice alternative as well and are cheap at WalMart and most places actually.

Melba toast with the laughing cow cheese is great...you can put one slice of the cheese one two or three of the melba toasts...AND the PC brand are much cheaper and taste the same as the regular melbas!

Picked up some whole wheat Melba toast, unsweetened apple sauce, low calorie single serve popcorn (even though popcorn stuck in teeth is very close to #1 pet peeve). Hopefully that covers the snacking for a week or two.

Cut out the cheese - put tuna instead.

I like to put either hummus (easy to make) or real honey, not store bought on snacks

I don't eat tuna. I also don't drink milk...so I have cheese to get my calcium. It's also light cheese :)
