I don't like fish..don't like the taste of it.

I'm lactose intolerant. Therefore, I don't drink milk. I buy the lactose free stuff to use when I cook, but that's it. I have not drank milk since I was a child. I tried to drink it in the last few years..couldn't do it.

I also used to eat yogurt...two containers of it a day. One day, I went to eat it, it almost made me sick. Couldn't do it anymore.

I'm female..what can I say?

I am not picky I would say...I'm just a pretty plain eater.

Well although I wasn't unhealthy today, I just didn't eat enough. I had 2 slices ezekiel bread with some PB, my coffe, a green tea in the afternoon and just now maple salmon on the barbie with carrots and hummus. I need to buy more bananas and some veg when I shop tonight

I bought some broccoli!! It was on sale at superstore :) Next time, I will make some and put it in it :)

What does the ezekial bread taste like? Is it really grainy? I was looking it at today in the store and there were several flavours...which one do you buy?

If you like cinnamon raison bread, their's is awesome. I usually buy the whole wheat one in the orange bag. It's not too grainy. I have had another one as well that I liked...maybe it was in a green wrapper?...I just can't remember which one it was. I have a diificult time digesting wheat but since this bread is made from sprouts it works well with my digestive system..it stays in the freezer a long time..sometimes it takes me a month to go through a loaf so that's why I don't mind paying the extra $$ for it.

If you like ezekial you should try Silver hills. It's also made from sprouted grains and you can find it in Super Store healthy foods isle. I find it tastes better and is less expensive than ezekial

Thanks fsty....

I might try the cinnamon raisin one. I don't like all those grainy things in bread or crackers...yuck...but I will try that. One of my coworkers also eats it and talks about it. I don't buy white regular bread anymore, I have been buying those half buns instead...the PC brand ones. I usually only eat bread at home when I have eggs on toast...now eggs on a half bun :)

That's a very negative attitude - the yolk of the egg is almost purely fat and cholestorol. If you're trying to lose weight making little adjustments like no egg yolks will pay off in the long run.

Barley Man mentioned another one as well...I am going to look for that one when my ezekiel runs out.

*I* have a negative attitude? That's odd coming from a bully. Takes one to know one.

I know about eggs thanks....I'm not a f**king idiot.

SO far, 2 egg and cheese on toast sandwiches for breakfast, an all-bran bar while out doing my 3.5k hike, bottle of gatorade (g2, 20cal stuff) 2x glass of water and a tims coffee. Taking it easy because at some point going to get some wings with friends tonight! Though likely 10-12 instead of the usual 18-20.
