Yes the one in Mississauga, at South Common Mall (in the parking lot). I think it's the closest one to us...they should put one in Milton :) or maybe it's better if they don't!

They make their patties by hand...and if you get a regular burger, they have two patties on them. The "little' burgers just have one patty...I had the two in the past and it's pretty big so I get the little one now.

They have all the toppings you want....grilled onions too.

Their fries...are fried in peanut oil so fsty wouldn't be able to have them! But, what they do...is put your burger in the bag (just a paper bag)...then they put your fries on top...in a container..then they take the scooper from the fries and put MORE fries in the bag. A regular fry is plenty for one person....I couldn't even eat all mine today which is good! :)

One thing they don't have is gravy...they are an american company so I"m sure that is why. If they did have gravy...it would be extra perfect.

I'm still so full :)

After all is said and done i still come in under calories and other categories each day. To me cheating is blowing a large portion of the daily intake on one meal.

You also have to think of the quality of food as well. Part of this is becoming healthy not just losing weight. Eating Mary Brown followed by a McDonald's cheat isn't the best path to that.

C'mon are you guys being serious - it feels good to cheat? I feel incredibly guilty even with a small cheat. I think some of you are missing the entire point of this thread. We shouldn't be patting each other on the back or making lite of the situation.

Had a Harvey's cheeseburger and fries tonight....tasted good going down but my gut didn't enjoy it in th long run, so I guess it wasn't a worthwhile cheat...lol

Another way to look at it is that calories are not all the same. On a calorie for calorie basis Fat calories have no nutritional value and are not filling compared to whole plant foods.

Take Oil and potatoes for example. 2 Tablespoons of Oil has about 230 calories. It's a 100% fat, no nutritional value and is not filling. A Medium-large potato has about the same calories from starch carbs. It will keep you fuller longer and you get Vitamins A,C,D,E,K,Bs, and a variety of minerals.
