Yup, went for $650,000. Most Tothburgs sell for much more than that right now...
I've got one of the best Tothburgs ever to list in Milton coming up next week. If you're interested, let me know.

650k? That's it? My buddy sold a Tothburg on McCutheon 2 years ago for 715k and he sold it privately thru Comfree.

So Home Hunter, that same place is now listed for $799K, I'd say my buddy who sold it got a great deal!
