If your wondering if the land is registered yet just phone up the town and ask for someone in the planning department for building, they'll know.

Ouch, no letter for us so far, but I'm guessing same thing.
I did see some movement finally on the land, but still no foundations.

I've heard that the new homes on Cedar Hedge are over 500k for 1800 ft^2.

I think the people working on that field spend more time trying to stop people from going down "Laurier" than doing any other task from day to day.

BTW, whoever updated Google Maps and such indicating that the road is available for use is a bad person. This past weekend I had two people stop me and ask for directions because GPS was telling them to drive through the barricades down "Laurier".

The other builder building homes in that area is Crystal Homes. We went in to the sales centre mid January. The house we were looking at was 2500 square feet, 36 ft lot was going for 599,000. It was also mandatory you pay an additional 15,000 to have the home put on a bigger (longer lot). After asking them to "reserve" the lot while we thought about it, we decided not to buy. He stated the houses were closing in November, but there were was no word on when permits would be issued, meaning there was a possibility of a 3-6 month delay. We were also told that alot of the sold stickers on the map they had in the office were actually just put there to give people the impression that the lots were sold, when they actually were not? Maybe to attract more buyers, having people think they were selling out?

We ended up buying a resale for the same price, bigger house and more upgrades.

I guesss Tiffany Park home staff are not freindly at all and very bossy thinking we bought homes from them for free of charge. These guys have already ripped off us in 2012 with over price homes Whiterly 2800 SF is $680 to $705 and Shrewood $716 ( 300 SQ foot) . When I went for the preconstruction, I was surpiced the guys are unmercefully trying to rippoff of us for each and every items although they call themself as high end builders for quality homes!!! not sure what that mean. Once again I got a phone call from a lady for clouring appointment talking to me like a big boss (wiht lots "do not... .instruction' example bring kids, pets, now week-end appointment and so on).

Once agin these guys are going to rip off us becasue every itesm are standard and all upgrades are extermly over prices. Just one pot light going to cost $250. I feel Tiffany is one of the greedy Builders with poor customer service. When I asked about the building permit she said she or sales staff are not the right persons to ask this quetion. I do not know to whom I should contact about to ask about the exact date of closing or any other matter. very digusting.

Received letter from Tiffany today about decor and appliance package we're receiving, but nowhere on it was anything about closing date, or delays.
Did you guys with delays got everything in one letter ?
I'm wondering if they only moved the Sept. closing dates to November and they left the rest alone, still hoping for Oct31 as per original date.

If this is about the homes that are about to be built near the dog park on Cedar Hedge...I'd be VERY surprised if anyone moved in before 01/2014.
