Congrats on the sale of your listing but it seems your a bit full of yourself.
I don't really think anyone is "keeping track" of Kyleandjay.ca's record breaking sales.

I think it's to entice potential clients with the thought that they too can make big bucks if they list their home with him.
Bigger bucks, bigger commission. It's depressing.

That's ok, the more money the agent makes means the buyer got more for their house.
I think re agents deserve the commision they get, many people don't realize the fees/licences/marketing and time they put into selling or listing a house.
