Thanks for the great message!

Unfortunately I am sold out of the LDCO800s at $295, it was a one-time deal offered by the supplier. I can still get them at the regular (LOW!) price of $330 INSTALLED!

Thanks Jay for installing our garage door opener at such a reasonable price and so efficiently. The GDO works great and is super quiet.

Hi Jay, just did. How much better is the Liftmaster 8550 than the LDC0800? Pros?

I wouldn't say the Liftmaster is any better. If I were to choose between the two, I would go for the LDCO800, not just because of the price, but because it's a problem free ultra quiet unit.
The Liftmaster 8550 is a great unit as well, and it's fancier looking, but you pay for looks, that's about it.

Jay came a couple of days ago to install two garage door openers for us. He showed up on time and was efficient, clean and remarkably good at what he does. The installation was fantastic. The wires were neatly tied and stapled to the wall and ceiling and the doors are remarkably quiet. Thanks for the recommendation in the opener Jay, and thanks for making everything so simple and easy for me.

If you need a garage door opener I would highly recommend that you call Jay, you will not be disappointed.

Hello Jay, Do you still install garage door openers, and do you have any specials currently running? We have a single garage door (fairly light), but want something quiet and economical. We are HVE Phase 7 (southwest Milton). You can PM me the details or your contact info. Thanks!

Hey guys,

I'll be back in a few weeks tops. My wife just had a baby so I've been taking some time off.

Thanks!

Jay

Thanks WRX04! I didn't hear from him anyway. We have since bought an opener from Home depot (they had a special on chamberlain openers). If you're looking you may have some luck there. They didn't have the one on sale in Milton though. We had to go to Oakville (Dundas/403). We appreciate the update though.

I'm back! After a long hiatus, I'm back part time doing a some installs and other handyman work (1-2 days/ week). If anyone is interested in professional garage door opener installation and/or sales, please contact me by PM.
I can supply professional brand openers with solid one piece rails:
Liftmaster (with options such as MyQ technology, control it with your cell phone)
or
Linear (professional brand, quietest on the market).
