I believe that the shutter color and garage door colors depend on the elevation you purchased. I am going to email our Co-ordinator and try and find out.

I was at the site this morning and they were excavating your block of towns for 237 :D

Hi Cara and Tom we're across from you sort of on lot 234-3, glad to hear there are lots of young couples! We get married July 21st and hopefully move in August 22nd

Looks like we maybe the only couple on Gifford with kids. I still think we are young (early 3o's). We have an 8yr old girl will be 9 by the time we move in and a 4yr old boy. We are lot 237-3.

Yes- the goal was for my brother and I to use this as an investment for both of us. - We've come to really like the house- so we will see what happens.

Both of us will be there-- and his girlfriend.....so now you see the need for my OWN company! hah

It does sounds like we are going to have a great street! Can't wait!

stopped by this morning and all of the towns on the south side and westside have been excavated

Even ours and we close aug 22nd

We just got a notice in the mail from Mattamy telling us that construction has begun. Has anyone been up lately? We haven't had the chance. If anyone has pictures of construction on Gifford Cres they would be greatly appreciated.

Has anyone been out to the site. I am hoping that someone has pictures I would really love to see what has been done so far. I haven't had the chance to get out. I know they started building because we got our letter and invite to Mattamy U. Again if anyone has pictures please post.

Jen and I just got back from Milton. We didn't have a camera on us and it was quite dark but ... we could see our foundation!!!!

It has finally begun! We're so excited.

Block 233, 234, 235 and most of 236 all have their foundations poured, 233 has begun the framing stage.

Ian and Franca your lot has been dug but the foundation is not yet poured.

blocks 230, 231 and 232 are swimming pools at the moment.

We will be stopping by on Saturday sometime around 4 to hopefully take some pictures.

We just got our delay letter. Closing has been moved from June 28 to August 1. Has anyone else received one.

Funny thing is- I know our lot is still a nice little swimming pool- where atleast you guys have a foundation....and no letter for me- yet....
