We are currently with Cogeco but aren't too thrilled with the costs for the services we are getting. I am thinking of changing to Bell Fibe because we will get a little more with them for the same price. Just wondering what people's I appreciate the feedback

If you can't find your thread in the morning it's been blended into one of the other dozen threads on this topic.
Bottom line seems to be FIBE is awesome if you can survive the install and 1st billing mistakes it's a much better product.

8 months with "Fibe to the house" flawless, awesome TV, fast 25/25 internet & phone. I agree with Norts, it took 5 months, 20 phone calls, a least 15 different people in 10 different countries to get the billing right. LOL

We were with Cogeco at our old place for 2 years, and I hated it. I always felt as though I was overpaying for what we got, and I never felt comfortable with their programming setup.
I have to agree, with Bell our install took forever, was a little sloppy, and we had billing issues at the beginning. With a few calls to customer care the billing issue was not only fixed, but we were given additional credits for our problems. Now a year in I love Bell FIBE.

Fibe TV is awesome, no complaints with the service. Fibe internet had to be cancelled due to insufferable throttling. Bell customer service is the worst in the world.
