Reasons why you Shouldn't use a Bank for your Mortgage:

Even if you have perfect credit and money in the bank and you go to a bank for a mortgage you are not going to get the bottom rate and best options.

FACT: Mortgage brokers/agents are the only ones in Canada that can get the lowest rates and best/all options!

What happens if your bank has some really good options for your mortgage but another bank has more practical options that would fit your situation better?

FACT: Well if you use your bank for your mortgage your only options are what your bank is offering at the time. Whereas if you went to a mortgage broker/agent you can pick and choose your options! I work with over 50 lending institutions so the options are endless!

What happens if you have blemished credit and you walk into a bank for a mortgage?

FACT: They will tell you to get better credit and turn you away.

What would a mortgage broker/agent do?

FACT: I would work with you to see what options you do have to get you that mortgage of your dreams! I don’t turn people away; I work with people to achieve their goals, not tell them they can’t have them.

FACT: Absolutely fictional.

Mortgage brokers/agents work with massive corporations and people alike every day. People with 6 figure incomes to people with average incomes. Perfect credit to blemished credit we do not discriminate against any circumstance!

“I only go to my bank for loans because I have a established relationship with them.”

FACT: I can understand that you have a relationship with your bank but when it comes to the biggest purchase you’re ever going to make does it really make sense to settle for a higher rate and little options?

Wouldn’t it make more sense to get the bottom rate and save thousands of dollars?

If you only saved $50.00 dollars a month, it would add up to $15,000.00 in 25 years. What would you do with that money?

“I don’t really shop around for my mortgage; I just go to my bank. They know what’s best.”

FACT: Does it really make sense that you shop around for the cheapest deals for everything you buy (clothes, food, furniture, appliances, cars, etc) but when it comes to the biggest purchase you will ever make you don’t shop around at all?
