I received a tip it was going to be this weekend but I did not see any signs or email yet. I drove by both the sales office and the new location. No sign of people lining up or mattamy preparing for a release this weekend. So I'm not sure what's going on.

Where is this phantom line being made?
I am outside of the sales center and you are not even allowed to go in to the parking lot.

I was also this weekend by someone who works for mattamy ( bro-in-laws friend), plus there is a security guard and barricades up. I would say its this weekend.

Damn, I wonder how are they going to control crowd from not trying to get to the front of the office with this new setup. Lining up at a different location and then bus people to the sales office. Man it's a weird setup this time around.

I guess my wild chase this am paid off... After a couple stops and inquiries- I found the phantom line and came out #1

There's at least 100 when I left.

They are not releasing all the lot for this phase. On Sunday there will be an increase of $5000-$10,000 when they release the next phase.

The registrations are now open at Rattlesnake Golf Club today until 10 pm. And the actual bookings will start from 9 am tomorrow.
