Hi Heather
Thanks for the question which I have received from other residents on when the next phase of Milton's growth will occur.
Unless they have bought land from another builder Fieldgate homes is not listed as building homes in Milton anytime soon(ie next 2-4 years). Check their website for more details but based on the attached report (scroll down to see the builder list and map on pages 7&8) they are not building any more new homes here.
http://milton.ca/MeetingDocuments/Counc ... Report.pdfThe main builders in the Boyne Survey (see attached link) south of Louis St. Laurent Blvd. are Mattamy, Sundial, Great Gulf Homes and the Conservatory Group some of which already have pre-registration lists on line.
http://www.milton.ca/en/townhall/boynesurvey.aspSince the full approval of the 2012 allocation program on December 23rd 2013 the next stage for the 8500 home first phase in the area is the re-zoning and site plan approvals which Milton Council should be dealing with in 2014 for site work to start later in 2014 with initial site construction work in 2015 (water & waste water pipes, grading and streets) and possibly some new home closings in 2016 according to some builder representatives I spoke with.
You can find out about any new construction area by clicking on the blue neighbourhood names on the attached map which is updated regularly.
http://www.milton.ca/en/build/resources ... oodMap.pdfThe only Fieldgate proposal I could find in this area is the Fieldgate Commercial proposal for a retail centre at the south-west corner of Louis St. Laurent Blvd and Bronte (see attached).
