Good morning All,

I wanted to take a moment to reintroduce myself and tell you a bit about what I'm doing these days.

Many of you know me on this board as DominionLending. I have been a mortgage agent for about 4.5 years and have been very active on this board over that time. I contributed to posts and started the thread "Insight Weekly" which, I am pleased to see, is still showing as a "popular" thread even since my last post 7 months ago!

I got into the mortgage business because of my passion for investment real estate. I have helped may of my clients and a few of you over the years build a real estate investment portfolio and found myself helping with more than just the mortgage financing.

I'll be holding an introduction to real estate investing seminar on Thursday February 6th. Since this isn't the area for advertising seminars and since I don't want this post deleted please check out the "Milton Services/ Advertisements" section for more details.

I look forward to striking up some new conversations with many of you.
