I'm not as familiar with Milton daycares, but I've used WAG A WAY Kennels on Trafalgar, just south of here in Oakville. They're great. :)

I have to post that I use to take my pure bred shih tzu to Wag-A-Way on Trafalgar for the first 2 and a half years of her life, until we had such an awful experience, and the management refused to take responsibility for what they did to her.

I told her back then (now nearly 3 years ago), that I would make sure I told everyone I knew to stay away from her establishment, and to this day, I am true to my word.

Be cautious there or you'll be sorry, we were!

Our Bailey is still traumatized to this day when she has to go to that sort of place (boarding/grooming).

Laurie

I take my dogs to a boarder/groomer on Guelph Line (north of the 401). She is about a 15 minute drive away but the dogs love going there so much that it is worth the drive for my piece of mind. She does in-home boarding and has dogs of her own. The whole family loves dogs and I prefer to know that my dogs are getting lots of love and attention rather than sitting in a kennel all day.

The business is called 3 Angels Grooming and the woman who runs it is named Yvonne - her number is 905-854-5823.

Well KJD, you're very lucky.

We too had taken our dogs (my parents had) to Wag-A-Way for more than 20 years, but that doesn't make the fact that they traumatized my dog by hurting her any less real.

I would just beware.

Laurie
