've been in the trade for a long time and it's all the same guys doing all the work. Some good some bad but I gurentee you on any subdivision I will know somebody or a couple crews.
Mattamy does pay attention to detail as they have many supers for specific blocks and a big crew of handymen who do endless amount of work to make the customer happy.
Just the facts man.
