Does anyone know how to get those beautiful yellow flowers all over everyone's lawn?

It seems like the ones that have then their next door neighbor will have them as well!?

Please advise as I have tried everything.

I assume u mean dandelions. It's spring. I am accepting them as part of the season and am grateful for the gorgeous weather and the fact that we can no longer spray pesticides.

Live near city land (schools, parks, etc.). We decided a couple of years ago to just give up and accept the fact that we are going to get them.

I've lived across a empty field full of weeds for the past 12 years, still none. Only this year is the field being developed and homes being built.
Funny enough neighbours on both side have a tonne of them. still cant seem to get any for myself.

"...The yellow flower in question is the only flower that represents the 3 celestial bodies of the sun, moon and stars. The yellow flower resembles the sun, the puff ball resembles the moon and the dispersing seeds resemble the stars."
