We want to rent our brand new 30'' detached home (approx 1790 sq ft) at Hawthorne Village for a short term lease (9 months). We were planning to move to that house in October and were very excited about it but unfortunately due to our work situation we cannot move there until middle of next yea. It has lots of upgrades and excellent floor plan. Closing is mid September 2014 and will be available to rent from October 1st 2014. We were looking to get atleast $1900 but want good tenants that are clean and no pets smoking.

I want your feedback on first of all is advisable to rent it. Secondly, can we easily find good tenants for 9 months and for this price. Thanks

If your closing is mid September, prepare for a delay. It always happens.

If there is any delay they will let us by June 15th. The construction has already begun for our house so we are hopeful.

You could ask the builder to delay, they may, if it's in their favor to do so.
Call your insurance co. as I don't think they will insure a vacant house.
RE Agents are a good resource for finding you quality short term tenants.
