I just did not know what to do when I saw a German Shepherd (no collar) walking loose and looking up at me from the parking lot when I ordered at Timmies at the corner of Trafalgar & Steeles.
I asked the Timmies girl to please phone the humane society, (I truly don't think that happened). I was worried all afternoon about that dog......
The dog seemed friendly. Should I have collected him up in my car? (and forgone my trip)?
Who is it you call in such a situation? I called the Oakville - Milton Humane Society ...they said no not them and gave me the number for Milton Town Hall...they were closed...there must be someone?

If he's friendly, I'd gladly house sit a dog for a day or two while we figured out where to take him. My dog would love the company.

FYI if anyone ever finds themselves with a lost dog and no place to take em - PM me.

Aww, that's my favourite breed. I would have taken him home too, or any friendly dog, then figure things out.
