i'm surprised no one has replied yet, we're the farthest in semi and we were shocked to see our basement when we drove there last weekend. planning to visit every week now on. i dont think any of the detached lots have been dug up yet. i do wonder what the closing dates are around us because i wouldnt wanna be in a situation where there is construction behind us :P anyway, thanks for the update :)
