Does anyone know from where I can get a replacement remote for panset FTA satelite. Thank you in advance.

probably either AAA Electronics, or RTC Electronics on Dixie & Matheson.

I'm unfamiliar with the brand of satellite or if the remote is special. But a replacement for any remote typically runs 50-80 $ (for a replacement of the original from the manufacturer.) Instead, you should consider one of the Logitech programmable remotes.
