It sold 2 weeks ago. 813 Stark Circle. We are listing ours in the Fall... keep is posted on how it goes. Also, how did you upgrade you bathroom like that? We have no window in ours, nor a big tub!!!!

I sure see a lot of sold signs all of a sudden. Driving down Clark and Meighan way there must be at least 10 houses that I didn't even know were for sale with sold signs on them.

I also noticed a lot of Min-Max or something discount real estate signs...

+1. I have three.
And one family pet related tragedy because of the same reason.
Two kilos of money are nothing compare to the sad memory which it left on my kid.

With three kids, two cars, four bicycles and one canoe it is not a real problem at all.
But we are detached and here is no garage-house door.
Any way, I see the only real reason to have it for two cars with single car garage. We have it before we went detached.
If it is three-storey town home without real basement for keeping of season items. Like bicycles and ski with toboggans. I have winter and open water fishing gear to keep on the surface too. During this time we never used the garage for the car. It was no space left for it.
