On April 28 (this saturday) they're releasing 36's. While on May 5th it's Village Homes, Townhomes and Semis.

is it just me or are mattamy's "new release" patterns for the escarpment phase a bit fast....or is this normal (considering their previous phases). i mean, they just released phase 2 just under 2 weeks ago and phase 3 is on its way already!

I wonder the same thing, I mean how much money do they need so far in advance....if this keeps up, you buy a home from Mattamy and your closing date will be 3-4 years away. They must really like all the deposit money.

I think they are anticipating a quicker build time when the factory gets up and running. With things being pre-fab and just put together on site it should speek the process up considerably.

they might call it phase 2a, 2b etc... like they did with phases 14/15.

Prices were updated on April 14th, 2007 or what ever this means (E & O. E. April 14, 2007)

Looks like the Summerfield and the Wintergrove are sold out

As of 8 pm tonight there were about 28 names on the list. I dropped by the sales center on my home, the parking lots fairly full of cars.

this is still phase 2....they stopped doing the "full phase" release as they did in the past when they released the first escarpment phase....to avoid some of the mass craziness that results when you release ALL homes at once...so if you remember, they did the first escarpment release the same way, staggering it for each lot-type.

now that the 36' detached have released and the semis,towns,village homes are releasing net week, is that going to be it for phase 2?
