just curious to when our neighbourhood will be fully occupied... if you have yet to close in phase 14, please post your date... my guess in late july.

I think it will be end of Aug.

The closing date of my new house in 14B was supposed to be Aug 29(for some reason I chose last closing data, there were only around 5 houses available for that date).

Last Oct Mattamy told me I could move in in Dec 2006 if I wanted. And I requested to close my house two month ahead of the schedule.

So my family will move in 14B next month.

thanks ElecEng! that sounds like the answer then. what area were the aug 07 closings in? near the green model homes or closer to the gas pipline? i'm just being nosey.. and i can't wait until the construction is finally done

Phase 14 will NEVER be done! LOL

The older phase 14A/14B/15 map that is no longer on the Mattamy site features "Proposed Future Residential" to the west and south of that lonely house at Holly and Derry.

But the good news is that the tractors keep pushing dirt around in the Coates park! At least there's progress towards phase 14 almost being finished.

Do you guys think that Mattamy is going to start using more A/B/C distinctions rather than increasing the number of phases? It'll get a little weird when people start saying "I bought in Hawthorne Village Phase 23!"

ya - we can watch them from our front porch and it seems like they've been pushing dirt around forever! we are anxiously awaiting the play structure... and splash pad!
