how can those be main street town homes? I heard they were main street detaches. The main street towns are between scott and sellers

when my parents went to see the location of the main street detaches they told them thats where they were. this map was created before those were. Plus my parents said those were suppose to be ready by this summer.

Like I said - these were supposed to be detached homes originally. When we bought last September, that's what we were told. But a few weeks later, when we went back to the sales office - we were told they would now be main street townhomes.

I haven't heard any mention of anything being ready this summer - not until October I believe...

It's coming more obvious that we are going to get delayed, but I just wish they could send the letter already. It makes no sense why they wouldn't delay us but delay everyone else.

yes, that would be lot 277 and 276 on cusick and as well as sidewalks on the north west corner of cusick, curbs and fencing on the east side near the tracks,,,lots happening

Has any one received a letter confirming that there was will be built in the factory? We received or letter last week stating that this is confirmed and that they will be in contact with us to set up appintments to see the house being moved, and i think a tour of the facility to see the house being built. I don't have the letter directly in front of me. but has someone else received this???

Yes...we got this letter too. I liked how we will be invited to the home delivery...that'll be awesome. Mattamy U in the factory is kinda cool too.
