Make sure the light switch next to the furnace is on. It is really the power switch for the furnace.
You can also check your breakers in your fuse panel.

I have an issue with our HVAC system as well.
Some of the vents blow air like a jet, I mean you can see the force of the air lifting the vent and surrounding carpet while some don't blow at all.
I pointed it out during our 30 day.

We'll see how they'll fix this one.

sounds like you need a balancing.

Ours was not too bad, I do adjust the vent sliders though to help with the A/C. Our kitchen was freezing but upstairs was hot so I closed the kitchen vents and slide all the bathrooms to half and that helped quite a bit.

I'm Having the same problem. Have to contiune to reset my HRV as its always turning it's self off. - The major issue is that my AC is running and no Air is going into the house.
