Hi guys!

Yes there are lots of single people in Milton!!

I know that it does seem as though it just may b the family capital of the world...it is not!

I have grown up here and watched the community take shape. I am in the 'range ' you gave. I lot of younger ( and older) people hang out at Ned Devines a Scottish Pub on Derry as well as Boston Pizza and Brydens.

Also- try joining the gym or any sport leagues. I play beach volleyball and softball and there are a lot of singles!

It's a really friendly town you will notice that as soon as you get here!!

A while back there was a " meet your neighbours" night that some people from here set up- it was nice to all get out and meet! Maybe you should try that again. I would be up for setting something up if you wanted to.

Michelle

We would be in for that Michelle, a patio night at Neds with the HV group would be great... let me know if you want any help setting things up.

Count me in. Smack dab in the middle of your age-range. I always look across the street at all the new mommies and babies and every so often, that little clock goes .... TICK! heehee... Seriously, though I am really loving living here so far. Very friendly and fun.

Cheers!
Daphne

Was just up to see my place and I've got 2/3 floor framed. Feels like I'm drunk and BBQ'ing on the balcony already!

I'm not single anymore, but I'd play poker! hehe

That aside, I just moved from Aurora where I lived a good part of my single years... practically the Milton of the north with respect to couples and young families.... I found a great one and tricked her into marrying me! (j/k)

Just wanted to share that there are always things to do and people to meet no matter where ya live, even in what feels like a 98% family town like this.

I'll leave you to your singles discussion... I'm off to find a thread to complain about the 'place of worship' / Mosque going in on 4th line next to the library on the really small property. This was supposed to be quiet residential!! hehe ah well.
