I went out today as well, and the varnished our hand rail and pickets.....but they didn't stain it first??? Don't know how they are gunna fix it, but it'll get done.

How was everyone's PDI???
Ours is in a week, but I have already emailed them about a few things, but no response. I had asked them about a phone line we had purchased to be in the garage, and it was never put in, and now they have dry walled the garage. They would save a lot of time and effort, if they listened to the home owners concerns. I still haven't heard back about the hand rail and pickets either. I'm guessing they are going to have to replace the whole thing because to sand it stain it and re-varnish it, would take too long and I'm sure it's cheaper to just replace it.

Does anyone ohave the number of the contruction office handy, I left the number at home, and want to follow up with them today.

We drove by a couple days ago. Nice to see people living on the street now! Although you do have my sympathy, I know it's not easy to be the first on the street. Living with the dust & construction.

Has everyone on Johnson Heights been invited to the Mattamy BBQ tomorrow (Saturday Oct 27). We were, but found out one of our neighbours on the street didn't see their invitation. So just wanted to check out if anyone else hasn't got their invite from Mattamy either?

Allright, so when are we going to have a street BBQ/party, we seriously need to get this going, almost two years and nothing! If people are interested, we can start planning.
