Anybody have the number for the grading office???
I think it's a bit of a joke that we've been in our house (phase 12) over 2 years and still no gading certificate. Would really like to put a deck on, do some landscaping next year. Just want to see where these jokers stand on getting the grading signed off on.

If you call the warranty office they will provide you with the #.
