Hi, I also thought it was a knee wall but when I had my decor appointment I found out that it was railing. I was very happy to hear that because I was debating whether I should upgrade it to railing or not. I'm not sure if this is the case for all elevations. Ours is 'C'. You can probibly find out from your decor coordinator.

I'm also phase 3. I heard that phases 1 and 2 were delayed, so we'll have to wait and see if it happens to us as well. What street are you on?

The cabinet colour is Kafe, I can't remember the name of the counter top..I don't have the paper from the design center with me.

Ohh I can't wait to see your pictures, I'd love to see what the rooms look like with furniture!
What phase are you from? We move into our Bolton in October (delayed from August).
