hey sandy and chase, we also have a thread in mattamy model specific about brentgrove if you want to keep an eye on that one also.

None of us except for the one user 'brentgrove' is actually in their house yet. Carrie and jeff close early april, and we close mid april, we have the same kitchen as carrie and jeff with the full wall pantry. We are planning on posting pics when we move in to help any future buyers see what some of the upgrades look like.

Ok so here are some more pictures. Our front room is currently housing our extra couch which will hopefully be making it's way into the basement since it takes up the whole room! We haven't done anything to it yet. Enjoy!

Yeah the carpet is an upgrade to berber...it was a mistake by them so it was free!!! They accidentally installed our neighbors upgrade so we kept it since we liked it. We got lucky!
