Phase I is still not done and getting delays and Phase II is also getting delay notices.

We are PH3, supposed to close on May 22nd, but delayed to June 26th.

I am in PH3, my original closing date was for May 21st and is now delayed to June 25th.

Hey famicom,

I got my delay letter aproximetly 2 weeks ago. When I went to mattamy university they told us not all phase 3 houses were delayed. Yours might not be delayed. If you really want to know if they are anticipating any delays on your house, you can contact Gary Lumbers the site super. He will be able to give you more details on your specific lot. If you need his number give me a shout back. My house is a townhouse, whats yours

We got our delay notice yesterday. We were supposed to close on June 11 but it has been delayed to July 30. We don't really mind as we currently are living with parents, so this gives us time to save more money!
