our family room joins with our kitchen and because of that, we have smooth celiings in our family room as well!

lucky bonus i guess, not sure if its always like that.

Mine does too and it's going to be smooth in both Great Room and Kitchen. You should call the sales office to confirm.

Ours is attached and both kitchen and great room are smooth. We are Phase 1 Semi.
