Name of thread is changed

We are lot 90 so just off of Savoline on Street G (Can't wait till we have a name).

I was also surprised by how little was mentioned about Vista on here-- I believe there's only 1 other thread. But the site is relativley new and I have no doubt that it will become very popular soon.

No doubt. Im sure everyone else is just as excited as the lot of us already on here. I just came across this site today as I was searching to see if anyone had posted anything about the design center yet.

We are going in on Wednesday to browse around. Is it true that on your appointment day, you must have everything already picked out?

We went to the Design Centre within a few days of signing the paperwork but didn't get a lot of information. We were told that they do not yet know who the cabinet supplier will be which I found odd. And there was no pricing for any upgrades at all. We were told it would be approximately 6 months or more before we would have that kind of information. It was still nice to browse around again as the Design Centre has changed dramatically from the last time we were in there picking out colours about 4.5 years ago.

And they do recommend that you have your colours picked out prior to your appointment but it's hard to have everything else picked out since you won't know the pricing for a lot of things and some upgrades need to be drawn up and you have to sign off on the changes etc. so there is typically 2 appointments (at least). We had made a gazillion trips to the centre prior to our appt. and it stil took us 8 hours to figure everything out and we ended up completely changing our kitchen to boot! lol

Hello fellow Vistites!

I stopped by the sales center today just to see if there was anything new going on and checked to see what was still available in terms of lots. Lots 63, 66 and 69 were all still available. These 3 lots are lookouts and back on to the Creek with a 50K premium.

There are only 4 50 ft lots left but there weren't many of those released to begin with. There are quite a few 34's, 36's and 43's available.

Hopefully we'll see some more Vista owners on here soon.
