Well I wasn't very much optimitic o this matter too, because they are selling fast, they are not in a mood to listen to any alteration. I requested them to change the ground level washroom to 3 piece and they bluntly refused me too, infact she was looking annoying.

Thanks rrknight you showed the courage and raise this matter, even now i know they will refuse me but i wud still argue with them to give them tough time on my next visit to sales office. I wish they agree so I could be able to to park 2 cars outside and can consider it my final home for years to come....but in the current scenerio this definitly ot my final home :(

My wife and I purchased the Wood Lily (elev. C) a couple weeks ago. I, like every other person, can not stop looking at the floor plan...I look at it every morning eating breakfast...sad I know!

The whole issue of the drive way seems to be a big concern for everyone? I have to say I rather a yard than the drive way space. Thats just my opinion though and I empathize with home owners who have more than 2 cars.

Other than the drive way, has any one had other issues/concerns?

Just an quick FYI...we just got the call to pick our exterior colours. Not sure if everyone in has already done that yet or not. We are on Street "BE". Cheers! :D

Take some pictures and let us know which package you picked. Pretty sure it's not going to be a SS1 to SS4 package because you have elevation A. Just curious as to what packages you will pick from. :D

We had an appointment for Exterior color selection on Saturday and we opted for little dark tone and selected CS 21. We wanted to opt for CS 13 but the shakes color was little yellowish.

Hi, we picked the same SS-2 package. Where was the house you saw that looks like our package in the escarpment?

Hey, this looks more like the WoodLily's Kitchen layout. Minus the sink not being on the island.

Picture was taken from the Linwell Townhouse picture post.

We just signed the papers for our new Wood Lily Elevation C in Vista 1A, Lot 184 on Wettlaufer Terrace closing Feb 2010.

Just wanted to say hello to everyone and that this board has been an excellent resource while we were making our decision.

I cant wait to see some actual photos of Tricky and Chris's first Wood Lilys!! They should be gorgeous. We cant wait!!!

Are there any wood lilly corner's closing in 2010?

I am not sure how Satmatrix got that date. The availability sheet we got with the 36' lots do not have any availability in 2010

TIA
