There are both Thistle Bay I's and Thistle Bay II's. Below are mainly Thistle Bay II pictures, but the "I" is very similar.

Love your kitchen... sorry just PM'd you, just ignore it....
I have a question for you...in your sketches, does it show that your pantry is 3 cabinets wide or 4???

Take care!

Thank you for sharing your pictures! I love the tile laid like that! Did Mattamy charge you for this? I know they charge for tiles laid at a 45 but i do not see a description for them being laid in a brick pattern. Your house looks fantastic, you must be so excited!!

We got the brick pattern as well and they charged us the same price as laying them on a 45 degree angle. It wasn't on the upgrade options list but we asked about it.

[quote="famicom"]I don't know the micro shelf measurements. But here are some more pics. We have our PDI on Monday so i'll be sure to post some more.

Hey Famicom,

Nics pics. Two question, if you don't mind.

1. Fireplace tiles at the bottom. Were those included, or did you have to pay for an upgrade? If so, approx how much if u dont mind
2. Master ensuite tub. The brick patterned tile was extended to the tub. Was that included in the upgrade price of the whole ensuite or was it on top of the ensuite floor?

Any info would help. thanks

When we did our upgrades, the granite tile at the base of the fireplace was included.

As far as the brick pattern extended around and above the tub, that was extra over and above the cost on the floor. but it was relatively cheap to do, approx $100 or so. We also had them carry the brick pattern on the walls of the glass shower, again this was extra, but relatively inexpensive.

Let me know how it goes with the PDI regarding the granite. I was told it was an upgrade, yet others have told me it is not.

We added the grill's on our sliding patio doors - it was $205. We're in ph 1 HVE, and have standard 8 ft ceilings.

Hi everyone
I just had my first appointment at the DC and it went well. I have a question about the fireplace tiles. I was told that the tiles at the base of the fireplace is an upgrade. Is this true?

fFmicom were your tiles at the base of the fireplace an upgrade or standard?
