Im already encountering issues. Cogeco cant hook up cable to my unit. My bedroom door never fully shuts.. my thermostat fan button is backwards (Auto is on and on is auto).

has quality control fell this much for mattamy?

Wow, that bad...what a mess you must have gone through :roll: In a way I am not surprised. That's what I have been saying all along, do your hardwood after closing & this will not happen, simple.

Curious, was this Bruce or Mirage wood?

But regardless where the floors are installed, NO trades care that the hardwood floors are installed. They walk in with muddy boots (full of stones), they drop their tools, spill coffee, all the brick layers from the neighbourhood have lunches in the houses because it's nice & clean. That's where the damage comes from, other than the speedy installers that cares only about a quick install & on to the next house...
