Sorry guys - we pulled out of the deal today

We are going with GreenPark homes - as they are offering a lot of Free Upgrades and Mattamy does not want to budge.

Lot 226 is now open

Just got back from our brick appointment. Wood Lily Corners are not choosing from SS1-4 instead we choose from the TS Selections.

TS for elevation A...for elevation B we had to choose from the VS packages.

The house on the left of this picture have the same stone colors as the SS-1 exterior package for WoodLily C. The house is on 385 Scott Blvd but it's not a Mattamy home.

We are just around the corner from you (Wetlauffer Terrace) and we looked into it quite a bit as my wife was very concerned about this very thing. There shouldnt be any issues with noise levels from the trains as they will be separated by quite a few houses, probably a burm of some sort with trees and probably at least over 300 meters away. You could contact the town planning and engineering divisions to inquire more about it but for me I dont think it will be an issue at all once all the houses are up.
