Those aren't where the model homes will be. There will be further down Derry where the new plaza is on Holly & Derry. The sales office will be there along with 6 new models homes. The old Sales Office will be a design centre for the Mattamy homes in Milton. The old model homes have been sold and there were lots sold behind the old model homes and the lots off Trudeau behind the sales office.
Hi Ol Skool, you seem to know a lot of information, do you know when they are expected to open those model homes, and what models they are building?
