DSTR - This may seem like a strange request - but would you be able to take a picture of the coffered ceiling in the kitchen - facing the living room? I am unable to explain to hubby what I'm referring to.

DSTR-your floors are called Calcullta Euro-Beige. We went to the DC today and basically got everything chosen in advance of our appt on the 23rd.

I wanted to say thank you-you provided us with inspiration! I had thought that I wanted a dark kitchen, but we're chosen dark browns and beiges, lol. I did get my way on the main bathroom though.

We used your same cupboards and flooring, but went with a different beige countertop. I'm very pleased.

I am assuming you mean the colour in the livingroom? That is not a Mattamy colour. We painted it ourselves just before moving in- it is called Urban Putty-by ICI.
We noticed as well, that once it went on, our fireplace stood out so much more than with the previous colour-Portebello(still in kitchen).

could you please tell me where you got your stools from (the ones at the breakfast bar near the the sink?
and how much?

Well, I would like to say we got the stools at some expensive furniture store...
but we got them at a clearance sale at the Superstore in Georgetown. I love a good deal![/quote]
