I wanted to provide some information about the land around Hawthorne Village, Milton.

Here's a .PDF map (624k) showing the mattamy subdivisions in Milton (both currently registered and future applications submited) as well other new home builders.
Here's a .PDF (231k) of the Initial Report the Town of Milton did discussing the Mattamy subdivision #17 application (on the above subdivision map, SW corner of Derry Road & Thompson Road).
There's also plans for a Loblaws Superstore for Milton possibly open for Summer 2005 at the southwest corner of Main Street and Thompson Road. This would eventually replace the existing smaller Loblaws that already exists in Milton.
