Yes, I believe so. We have a catchbasin in the corner of our backyard, so that's our landmark as the edge of the property.
On another note, I contacted Fieldgate about the land adjacent to the Savoline eastside lots. I was asking who/what/when as to the development...here's the answer I got:

My understanding is that there was a land exchange between Mattamy and Milton Trails. There are some lots remaining and although I do not know how many or what type of lots or the timing, the 3 Builders will be splitting them and will bring them to market in the future.

I know Mattamy is building on Wettlaufer from Pringle, veering west to Savoline. There's Fieldgate, but not sure of the other builder. So, I still have no clue who my backyard neighbour will be. The Fieldgate draft site plans don't even map out lots directly behind us. When I checked milton.ca for plans, only 100 lots have been approved for that area. When I counted the plan, I DID count around 100 lots, and that was WITHOUT ANYONE ONE DIRECTLY BEHIND US!
I really hope that they leave it as-is, with no one behind us, Savoliners... I'm hoping that because the land is sloped in (getting smaller as you go south), they'll just leave it alone
