The detached homes are currently sold out at Hawthorne Village. The friendly people at the Sales Office don't have an exact date for the future releases, but they think it will be in January, 2004.

We're planning on buying a Mattamy Home in their Hawthorne Village, Milton community this year (2004). This is a diary of our experience which will be updated as our house buying process progresses.

We first started looking for a new home in October, 2003 and visited many builders sites and model homes in and around Oakville, Mississauga and Milton.

After viewing Mattamy's model homes in late November, 2003 and doing some research on the builder and the Milton community we decided that this would be our prime choice for a new home purchase.
